42nd Annual NYPD vs. FDNY 5 Mile Run

Congratulations to all the NYPD runners who ran this years race, and especially the top 100 finishers who helped us defeat FDNY for the Tiffany Cup team trophy. Congratulations are also in store for our top male NYPD finisher Sergeant Timothy Dowling and the top female Police Officer Gloria Cevallos.

Thanks to the Citizen Watch company Sergeant Dowling and Police Officer Cevallos went home with beautiful Thin Blue Line watches. The top FDNY finishers also took home Thin Red Line watches. Online registration is now closed. You can still register the morning of the run from 7:30am to 9:00am at JHS 13 which is on the corner of Madison Ave. and 106th street.

The start of the run is at 9:30am inside Central Park on the 102nd Street transverse.

Come out and run in the 42nd Annual NYPD vs FDNY 5 Mile Run brought to you by the NYPD and FDNY running clubs. This event is a USA Track & Field sanctioned event which is open to all runners. Although this race is a competition between the uniformed members of both agencies, we welcome all runners to compete for awards which are given out to both uniformed personnel and civilian guest runners.

Thanks to our Official Timekeeper Citizen Watch the top finishers from each agency will be awarded Citizen watches

Packet Pickup and Race Day Registration will be held at JHS 13 - Jackie Robinson, located at 1573 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10029 (Corner of 106th Street) 7am to 9am Race Morning. Please arrive early to avoid crowds.

The start is on the 102nd St Transverse. The race goes south onto the West Park Drive and continues around the bottom of the park and returns north on the East Park Drive to the finish line located on the 102nd Street Transverse.
